those around us.

Donating or Gifting Artefacts
Artefacts can be dropped off at Fighter World any time during our normal opening hours. Items such as photographs, souvenirs, aircraft parts, historical books, technical publications and Air Force military attire, are received gratefully. Unfortunately, we do not have the storage space for books of a general nature or magazines.

Gifting is a special way of donating something valuable whilst still receiving a tax deduction. Special rules apply. Fighter World is a DGR for tax purposes and your accountant or financial adviser will be able to provide suitable advice on Gifting.

Fighter World has a constant need for engineering, construction, electrical and plumbing work and gratefully accepts any in kind support regional businesses may be able to provide.

Please make contact if you can provide support in any of these areas.

Volunteering at Fighter World is a rewarding experience and you do not need to have an aviation background; just a passion to be part of one of the great regional museums of NSW. Fighter World has a large volunteer workforce who enjoy giving back to the community through their service. While those with a trade are particularly welcome, there are many positions available that do not require any pre-training such as our docent staff, researchers, display organisers, grounds people and maintainers, all of whom ensure our visitor experience is of a very high standard.

Leaving a bequest or a gift to Fighter World, in your Will, is a good way to continue support for an organisation that is close to your heart, long after you are gone. A charitable bequest can be made alongside distributions to children, family members and friends, or alternatively, your entire estate can be distributed to charities.

Consult with your solicitor on how to include a Bequest within your Will.
