Conditions of Entry

Fighter World Inc. has undertaken extensive risk assessments in accordance with Government guidelines, risk controls and action plans have been applied to reduce the hazards where possible.

Purchasing entry to the display area indicates acceptance of the Conditions of Entry.

Purchasing entry to the display area also indicates acceptance to comply with the Fighter World Inc. Risk Management Plan.

Entry to the display area is at the visitor’s own risk. Fighter World Inc. accepts no responsibility for injuries incurred in the Fighter World display areas, Fighter World grounds or Fighter Beans Café.

Our friendly shop and volunteer staff are trained to help. Please ask for assistance if required.

The following conditions of entry are in force:

  • All directions given by Fighter World staff must be adhered to
  • No food or drink in the hangar area
  • No pets
  • No smoking on the grounds
  • No bags or backpacks in the hangar area
  • No climbing on exhibits
  • No running in the hangar area
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
  • Entry is permitted to cockpit trainers with canopies open only and may vary from day to day
  • Entry to other aircraft by appointment only
  • Beware and avoid protuberances, sharp objects, slip and tripping hazards
  • Do not attempt to lift or move any display item
  • Removal of any display item will be regarded as theft and reported to NSW Police
  • Fighter World Inc reserves the right to inspect all bags and backpacks brought into the display areas
  • For your own protection within the grounds, be aware low flying aircraft may create sudden and abrupt loud noise. Please use hearing protection.

Fighter World Privacy Policy

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to all Fighter World customers including tour groups, school groups, foreign forces and those accessing the Fighter World web site and social media pages.
  2. Fighter World respects your privacy, and is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of the personal data you provide to us or that we collect about you when you use our website www.fighterworld.com.au, our mobile application, QR Tour and other online products and services (“Fighter World Inc. Online Services”), when you contact our Manager, Shop Assistants or when you otherwise interact with us. We are aware of our responsibilities to protect your personal data, to keep it secure and comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

This Privacy Policy explains our personal data practices and the choices you can make about the way your personal data is used.  This Privacy Policy gives effect to our commitment to protect your personal data and serves as the guidelines to be observed by all of the Fighter World Office Bearers, members and staff.
  4. You will be asked to consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy when making an online enquiry or signing the online Guest Book or otherwise where required under applicable law. Otherwise your continued use of Fighter World Inc. Online Services will constitute your deemed consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

  1. We collect personal data (including where applicable sensitive personal data) you provide directly to us.  This includes: 
  • your full name and contact information,
  • your credit card, mobile payment and other payment details when making payments other than EFTPOS (if required) including online shopping,
  • any information necessary to fulfil special requests (tour and visitor preferences, catering, etc.),
  • your reviews, feedback and opinions about our displays, products and services,
  • information collected through the use of closed-circuit television systems and other security systems, and
  • any other personal data you choose to provide to us.

Information We Collect Automatically When You Use Fighter World Inc. Online Services

  1. When you access or use Fighter World Inc. Online Services, we may automatically collect personal data about you, including:
  • Log Information:  We may collect system log information about your use of Fighter World Inc. Online Services, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to our Site.

How We Use Your Personal Data

  • process, confirm, provide and charge for booking arrangements including catering from the Fighter World Café and external caterers and any other goods and services provided by Fighter World Inc.,

  • administer, and disclose the winner of, contests and lucky draw competitions conducted by us or on our behalf.

To the extent required by law, we take reasonable steps to destroy, or de-identify or redact, personal data in a secure manner when we no longer need it for the purposes for which it was collected (as set out in this Privacy Policy) and retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.

We have in place reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use of your personal data and to keep your personal data confidential.  These measures are subject to ongoing review and monitoring.  To protect your personal data, we also require our third party service providers to take reasonable precautions to keep your personal data confidential and to prevent unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use of personal data, and to act at all times in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
  2. We cannot guarantee that Fighter World Inc. Online Services will function faultless and without any interruptions. Children and Minors 

  1. Except where required by local laws, we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.  If you are a minor, you may only use our Site and services with the permission of your parent or guardian.
